Refund policy
At this time we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow for 30 days from the time your order is sent for unworn jewelry to be exchanged. A Credit will be given in the same amount of the original order. No exceptions will be made. All earring sales are final and are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene.
Once we receive your item, we inspect it for signs of wear and tear. If found in returnable condition, we will give store credit. If the item has clear signs of use or damage or is received after 30 days, the item will be marked “return to sender” and there will be no exchange issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
